You're a mom that craves her body back. You can be 6 months or 4 years postpartum, That doesn't matter!

What?

We will do a functional body workout with the focus on safe exercises for our pelvic floor & diastasis recti. Besides that, it will be cool ambiance with moms. No shame, just fun!

What do I need?

Yourself, a mat or rug for your back, water to hydrate.

What do I do with my baby?

They can be present, I involve them!
